The process was pretty standard. The woman in charge was a bit scattered at times though, and I received my invite it a final interview at 6 o'clock the evening before. I was very frustrated that, despite sending a follow up email checking on the status of my application, I never received notice that I was not given an offer. After going through two interviews with such a small organization, I expected to be told yes or no.
