The first interview was pretty formal; I interviewed with two individuals from the department I was applying to. The interview questions were largely centered around the requirements of the position, so I spent much of the time explaining my experience and skills and how it related to the job. The second interview I met with the remaining members of the department. The setting was more relaxed this time, and it seemed they just wanted to get to know my personality and how I would fit within the department. Overall everyone was very personable and sincere. A very pleasant experience.
