The owner comes across as a nice lady but they cross a professional/personal boundary in *many* of their questions during the interview. They are also not forthcoming about the franchise's benefits (ie. healthcare compensation after 90 days, etc..)

It started with a great phone call interview. I was able to ask a lot of questions and the franchise owner answered every one enthusiastically. I was then invited for a full day ride-along to get a real feel for the job.
