Initial conversation with the Recruiter which was structured and went well. Spoke with the hiring manager, answered some situational questions and felt confident. Received feedback week later with a decline. Overall I felt the hiring manager did not do well asking the right questions to assess the full skillset. More specific questions need to be asked to fully assess candidates strengths. I do not recommend the company based on my experience with the manager.
