      Entrevista

      Interview process started on 25th March 2025 with the initial call from the HR and I got the rejection mail on 6th May 2025. There were 3 rounds for which I appeared and after the 3rd round, they rejected me saying that the strict client side requirement was suddenly for regulatory modeling (which I didn’t have at the moment), which was not mentioned to me during this 1.5 months long interview process. Even I made it very clear to the panelists of all 3 rounds about my lack of exposure into regulatory modeling and they were all fine with that, citing that I would get that sort of experience in the company. So highly unprofessional attitude from the company in my opinion. The panelists seemed knowledgeable at least. Unsure whether this unprofessionalism is from the HR side or business side.

      It wasn't a pleasant experience. Seems being a small organisation, they do not have a robust process of Talent acquisition. My interview was setup and I got the invite just 30 minutes before, as if the interviewer confirmed last moment and this was setup. Not sure, if they expect a professional to sitting idle waiting whole day and checking the phone for the invite. Next, after I requested for a reschedule the invite never came back, mind it I had spent a lot of time preparing after reading the N good reviews about the learning and work culture. Clearly speaks volumes about the organisation and its culture. Am sure, saw a lot of good reviews but nothing about the interview process. All the best to other candidates and hope, they improve their processes of setup/ keep competent people to setup/manage/take the interview processes.
