Interview process was once with a recruiter and once with the hiring team. The recruiter was great. He was very informative and knowledgeable. The phone, panel interview was long and monotonous. The hiring manager meticulously went over every bullet on my resume - even stuff that is self explanatory. It was literally as if he was questioning my experience. I was able to back up my experience and it was as if that made him upset. It was a weird experience and I would not have taken the position if he had offered it. No one wants to work for someone like that.
