After completing 2 rounds of interviews, including 2 case studies, taking c.4 hours total, Aurelius sent a rejection email containing no feedback. After I requested feedback, they ignored my email. Highly unprofessional behaviour, indicating a complete disregard for candidates' time. As many of the reviews from employees on this site mention, the firm comes across as having a toxic and old-fashioned culture which is indifferent towards the wellbeing of their employees. I strong advise avoiding this firm if you value your time.
