All of the interviews until the Director interview went ok to great. Director level interview was extremely weird. They acted like I stripped naked on camera or something with all of the facial contortions they threw at me. I think basically if you didn't answer exactly how they were thinking you should, they looked like they stepped in dog poop. One of the wildest interviews I've had in my career without a doubt.

Nothing comes to mind as to specific questions. One of the technical questions involved Big O notation for the complexity of a function and how to make it more efficient.

First interview was chatting with the CTO about role alignment, he described what the team consisted of, what they were looking for in a candidate, and the expectations in the role which centered on scalability

The process was good. My friend told me about Aura and I read about the company and it’s growth plans. I applied for a software engineer position online and heard back from the company after a few days. I met with three people before getting the offer and it took about 3 weeks.
My experience was positive. Everyone I met with was great and I enjoy working with them.
