Phone interview which was pleasant and professional. This was followed by an interview with a committee which was also pleasant and professional. I was invited to interview a 2nd time. This was to be a 4.5 hour interview. It was cancelled less than a week before it was scheduled and after I had completely rearranged my schedule to attend. Reason given was that they had offered the job to someone else.
