Very fast and straightforward interview process. Got initial screening from a senior member of the team discussing things on resume. A panel interview with 3 other members and a cost estimation exercise a week later. Then a final talk with the manager of the group a week after that. Everyone was very friendly and the discussions were great. They just want to learn more about you and your thinking process. As I applied for the entry-level role, they train you so they don't expect you to know everything. The whole process took about 3 weeks from initial screening to verbal offer. 5 weeks from initial job application. I would have definitely worked here if not for my desire to find a data analyst specific role rather than cost/schedule analyst.

Applied on my school's job board. Got an on-campus interview, gave them classwork that I did related to this job. Questions were straightforward, tell me about yourself,etc. There was a case study. Then, I got a call back to meet again. Some technical questions like what is CV? (Coefficient of Variation).

Case study in first interview: You want to estimate the cost of a new military vehicle, and you have past data for 5 other vehicles that share what your new vehicle needs in different amounts. How do you estimate the cost? Second case study: Similar to first, except also with a time line and what would you recommend to cut from the program
