I had a 15 minutes call with recruitment manager, she provide information about the startup and due to bad quality of the call which disconnected two times during the 15 minutes I couldn't understand what the startup doing. At the end of the call she said the next step will be home assignment, they giving only 48 hours to complete the assignment and they saying that you shouldn't invest more that 6 hours. I didn't submit the assignment since I couldn't completed before the due date, I think for 48 hours is not enough time for completing the specially the research oriented question. When they send the assignment via mail they put an old due data Nov,18, 2021, seems they just copy paste without checking the email content. I was expected to have at least 15 minutes call with technical team lead or manager to get more details about the position but unfortunately this coming only after the assignment, that's means you should invest the several hours in the assignment till to have the opportunity to talk with technical person. I think even if I had the ability to submit the assignment in time and pass the next steps I am not sure if I will join such not clear startup.
