      Applied through referral. Got call from HR for telephonic round and then Second round was VP round which including whole of my work experience and how much exposure I have working with Brands and new technology. Then final CEO round which was really nice in which he gave all the information about company and how employees can grow with emerging AR/VR technology. Very informative and ready to give challenges and trust their employees

      The interview process for the Senior Business Development Manager role was structured and multi-staged, focusing on both strategic capability and cultural fit. It began with an initial HR introduction round, where they assessed my communication skills, professional background, and overall alignment with the company’s values and mission. This was followed by a presentation preparation round, during which I was given a specific topic to work on — likely centered around business development strategy, market entry, or growth planning. This stage was designed to evaluate my ability to think strategically, conduct in-depth research, and develop a coherent and impactful proposal. The next round was the presentation itself, where I delivered my plan to a panel. This round tested not only the depth and practicality of my ideas but also my ability to present with confidence, defend my points during Q&A, and demonstrate leadership presence. Finally, the process concluded with an HR discussion focused on salary, joining timelines, and other onboarding-related matters. This last step ensured alignment on expectations and confirmed my readiness to take on the role. Overall, the process was designed to evaluate strategic thinking, business acumen, and team fit in a thorough and professional manner.
