*Technical Phone screen initially, * Virtual Panel Interview ( 5 rounds with Managers, Engineers, Program Manager, Director) * Mostly each interviewer was reading from their screen "Tell me about a situation" questions. -- Last interview experience especially with the Director was horrendous one where the interviewer was not even making eye contact over the video and just typing/make notes. Seemed like i was speaking to my screen with no one on other side and doing a dictation. Little to no acknowledgement of what was said. Dont know if the person was even interested to do the interview or not.
