Initial phone interview went well, good questions that I answered well enough that what was supposed to be a 30 min. process went 45 and they immediately scheduled an in-person interview for following week.
In person interview was underwhelming. They asked vague, soft-ball questions and didn't respond well when I asked more specific, product and process-related questions in an effort to understand more about the job. There might have been some culture clash between West Coast American tech style and German-style management, I just didn't get the right sense that I wanted to spend 10 hours a day with the people in the room.

Very straightforward and simple interview process. An initial explanation of the team and the task you are going to do. Then up to you to present yourself and the skills you could bring to the team. Questions are made to know you better and see if you are the right fit and there is not trying to put you in a bad situation. I was also asked a "theoretical" question related to the main theme of the job position.

Entrevista
Zunächst Terminabsprache per E-Mail mit Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen verschiedenen Terminen, dann sehr professionelles Online Vorstellungsgesprach (Vorstellungsrunde, Fragen zur Person, Wissensfragen, sonstige Rahmenbedingungen); ein paar Tage später kam dann die Zusage seitens der Abteilung; danach Rücksprache mit der Personalabteilung bzgl. Formalitäten
