Applied online through website and application form. Was asked to arrange a time for a phone interview, which lasted about 20 minutes. Interviewer was very supportive, showing interest and made me feel at ease. Received a call around a week later saying the position was no longer available at my chosen location, but was offered another position (analyst role), not in my subject area or anything like the role I had applied to. I asked about other locations for the assessment centres and they said they had already filled them before contacting me which I was very frustrated about.
