Straightforward, efficient, professional, and welcoming. I had one 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager, and was invited to a 2nd Round on-site final interview shortly after. I met with 4 different members of the team on-site at the Auctane office, including a skip-level leader, a peer, a business partner, and a second conversation with the hiring manager. These conversations focused on behavioral interviewing questions, largely predicated on what I've achieved in previous situations and how that would apply to a role at Auctane. Everyone at the office made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed the conversations!
