The process has 5 phases, with RH questions, technical, english level , customer interview and your cost for the Aubay's customer. The process is too slow and the customer that will decide if you stay or out of a job offer. This is ridiculous.

2 à 3 entretiens avec la chaîne hiérarchique. On sent que l'humain est important, très bonne ESN. Il faut savoir ce que l'on veut faire, avec quel objectif personnel et être évidemment motivé pour rejoindre l'entreprise.

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It included a technical assessment to evaluate my knowledge and experience, followed by an English level evaluation. There was also a conversational part focused on soft skills, where we discussed past experiences, communication style, and cultural fit. Overall, the process was straightforward, respectful, and provided a good understanding of the role and expectations.
