      Entrevista

      Initial phone interview. The call was very positive. The internal recruiter seemed very excited by my skills, experience and persona. There was an initial decision to make as they seemed very unsure about what the salary for this role actually was. I explained my current base salary, which happened to be their top end max for the perfect candidate. Despite the possibility of not increasing my salary I persevered as I really wanted to meet with them face to face. Oddly enough, before next stage they decided to change the job title without notifying me. The worrying thing is that they didn’t seem to realise there is a stark difference between a CRM Manager and Email Marketing Manager. Regardless, I had the f2f interview with Head of Growth. Nice bloke, made me feel welcome and seemed to engage with what I was saying. Now is where we get to the really disappointing bit. Like the other reviews on here I received no further correspondence from them. No thank you for taking the time to meet with them. No update on my application. No update whatsoever. Such a shame but just goes to show the importance of consulting Glassdoor before an interview. Complete waste of my time. Fortunately I already had a job offer on the table paying considerably more so no real loss on my part as I decided to accept that.
