Meet with the counseling manager. Interview with the dorm staff and students. Participate in a student activity on Center. You also get a tour of the facility / campus and get to meet some of the key people you will be interacting with.

What will you contribute to the company. What do you feel the students struggle with the most when they come to the campus?
I was called in for an interview. I met with who would be my direct supervisor, the CDC, and the Center Director in the same day. They were in need of staff, so it was a very quick process. I did my drug test the same day, and started the next Monday.
