Multiple rounds with different job titles. Overall it was a streamlined experience. I felt it was slightly redundant at times but overall positive. I believe there were 4 total rounds.

This was a few zoom meetings with the Account Directors that the BDR would serve under, however the team was dispersed out throughout the country. each zoom was basic questions on you background and then a mock cold call.

4 interview rounds: - 1st round - call with a Sr BD Manager - 2nd round - zoom with a second different Sr BD Manager - 3rd round - zoom with a third different Sr BD Manager and the Sr BD Manager from the first round - 4th round - zoom with Sr Director of BD All 4 interview rounds were done within 7 days and then their decision took 5 days. After being rejected I asked the recruiter for feedback and her answer was “I don’t have anything specific to share at this time.” Pretty pathetic of a process going through 4 interviews to not get feedback for a rejection. Do better and actually care for people.
