It began with a phone screening involving getting to know you questions and describing the position. The next stage was a virtual team interview asking more in depth clinical questions.

How would you adjust the nutrition plan of a patient experiencing refeeding syndrome?
The interview was laid back and was not nerve wracking. Interviewer called right on time and ask some basic interview questions then some clinical questions in the form of case study scenarios.
