A recruiter will call you to do a 15 minute phone screening. Afterward you are given an interview date with the manager of the department that you are applying for. Once that happens, another recruiter will call you to ask you if your experience to calculate your base pay and send you a contract if chosen for the job.

Initial virtual interview for LCH 11 (peds hem/onc) with the floor manager lasted about 45 minutes. Easy interview, lots of information provided about the job. Then followed up with a shadow date to see the flow of the floor.
