This was an internal interview for me, so the process was not as intense as I knew the team I was interviewing for. As an existing teammate, I had already completed the appropriate background check, and my work was well known among the hiring leader. This meant that although there were still some questions, they were not as in depth about my work ethic, but more focused on my intention in the new role.
