The application & selection process was too lengthy and lacking clear timelines. It included many rounds of interviews (preliminary phone calls, conversations with subject matter experts, submitting a teaching proposal, making an active teaching demonstration, follow-up conversations, interview with the chairman), spread over 3 months.
