I was reached by the HR on Linkedin. The first round with HR went well as she is professional. The second round is the panel interview as I talked with the managers in NJ and IL. The Job description is completely a trash! As the JD said they need people who has financial background, but the managers did not mention about any finance stuff at all. Instead they want you to have more experience in warehouse and forklifts! I believe they felt I don't wanna go so they sent me a rejection after it. but I would not go even if I got the offer.

First round phone interview with HR recruiter, about 20 mins, very professional and ask behavior questions mostly, second round teams interview with couple regional managers, all asain but speak perfect English, process went well but they didn't open camera. Mostly asked job specific quesiton, such as how would you do when the warehouse is full.
