I was administered a phone interview upon which I was asked several questions about my past career(s) and future objectives. The lady was very courteous and measured. She went through a couple of service scenarios and how I would handle them. She also talked about the benefits package (which I thought was a little early in the game). In this particular position for which I was applying, the service scenario questions were relevant since I would be a client facing analyst.

The interview process was very well-structured, with a mix of technical challenges and collaborative problem-solving. Nothing too challenging but I felt the HR team was fully invested in the interviewing session.

To describe a challenging technical problem I faced in a previous project, the manner in which I approach solving it, and what was the outcome.
The interview was all very fast ad they put a lot of pressure on me in taking a decisions, with calls and whatsapp messages. I would like to have at least 1 week to think about the offer. Overall, it was easy.

ho effettuato due colloqui singoli, il primo è stato un colloquio tecnico con manager e il secondo invece è stato con l'hr, entrambi a distanza in via telematica con microsoft teams.
