Worst process I have come across in my 6 years of career. The HR and consultant both told me that you are through and only 1 HR round is left and then they hold me for almost a month so that they can find someone who will join at a lesser package. Pathetic these guys are, if you don't have budgets, this should have been told in the very first round. I just liked the lady who took my first round, she looked and sounded intelligent.
