They called me for F2F interview on Saturday and also emailed with details. 1.There was 1 technical round around 50 mins. 2.HR told me i cleared technical round as no manger is present for next round that will be telephonic. 3.On same day i got email from HR to scan and submit documents. 4.In next week they took my Manager round (Not sure was that manager or HR). 5.They replied that my offer is ready for release and waiting for salary approval inside ATOS. 6.After 2 weeks status was same. 7.Now i got another offer from Syntel i sent them for early release. 8.They replied thanks we will check and send offer letter soon. 9.After 1 month status same. 10.After 2 months status same. 11. I replied whether releasing offer or not. 12.1 HR asked other to contact me and reply status...still status is same pending for salary approvals. still...pending for salary approval. Looks like my salary expectations are high that approver is not ready even my iinterview was best.
