Numerous questions about your experience, how you'd handle various scenarios, and your motivation for wanting to join Atlassian.

It's a very lengthy process but honestly, you learn so much throughout it all. Everyone is eager to help you in any way they can. Atlassian makes sure they hire the right individuals that have their values so make sure your's align. Almost all the interviews are very conversational like as well which is really nice.
