Process took about 4 weeks.Applied online, the recruiter got back via email. Interview has following rounds
1. Screening - general discussion with recruiter. I wasn’t told of specific team or salary range. They were keen on
interviewing first
2. Technical : Lasted 1.5 hours with two seniors. Includes situational role play problem solving
3. Hiring Manger: Mostly behavioural and some questions around past experiences
4. Round 2 Technical : This was 30 mins. I was told they couldn’t go through all questions in first round
5. Values Round: This was with someone not in the same team. Questions were around Atlassian values
I had received an offer by the 5th round, informed the recruiter about it. I was told, I would receive an update. Waited for 2 days, followed up but there was no response from the recruiter.
The entire experience was enriching but even after 4-5 rounds it wasn’t clear which team the role was for and what the pay range was. Would have been better if the recruiter could have clarified these

Chill and easy. Interviewer were professional and it was around 1hr of 2 technical rounds each. 1 behaviour Round and last manager round. No HR round. Questions were mostly related to Cloud architecture and Basics of Web and internet

Good and fast process. Not very difficult, they offered more money in the end. This was a few years ago so maybe things have changed somewhat. Nothing to complain about

The hiring staff was pretty proactive.
Keep track of every steps and giving possible feedbacks
However, got rejected after step before the last one because they accept internal transfer candidate. Which made me feel a bit of wasting of time..
