Applied online and recruiter responded 6 weeks later to setup a time for phone interview. The calendar was booked solid had to wait two weeks for to schedule a telephone interview. Recruiter then cancelled the appointment 40 minutes before on the day and wasn't available for a further week and a half. Finally connected for the telephone interview and they were 15 minutes late and then proceeded to blame the connection and made out I wasn't right for the role anyway. Why bother shortlisting me? Really poor experience for a job seeking candidate at a globally recognised firm. I have completed 2-3 telephone screeners with HR managers and recruiters for similar management roles and all were really warm and positive experience.
