2 coding rounds went , simple questions went really well, covered all test cases. the aussie Interviewers confirmed that HR will schedule further on the next rounds for design. shocked to see rejection email soon after. Waste of time, no justification or reason for rejection. fishy and not worthy.

Recruiter told that 2 tech interviews would be there in the start. Both interviews were scheduled by coordinator at time I didn’t confirm my availability at and that was the reason I couldn’t focus on them. After first interview, which was average, I got email that I will not be considered further but then my second interview was scheduled (I got an email about it). I reached out to recruiter and coordinator and both didn’t respond back. I was reached out by second interviewer few days later that he waited for me but I didn’t connect while I had to clarify to him that this is something for which he should ask his recruiter for more clarity on. Unfortunately the hiring process seems to be broken there.
