This company is certainly a scam with red flags all over. They post their positions via a recruitment company, that only posts their positions! Obviously just a front. Their website is built around the work culture and the advancements etc. It mentions NOTHING on the actual services this alleged marketing company offers. As I was waiting for my interviewer, I could hear the admin making calls to invite others for interviews. She was going through candidates at the speed of lightning. Often citing random, irrelevant experience on their resume so to give the illusion of legitimate interest. The position posted (event assistant) was not the same position I interviewed for (brand ambassador with commissioned sales). The interview was stuffed with grand statements and promises of high earnings and advancements and management positions and travel, and less about the actual role. According to the interviewer, I would find out more about the actual role if I go to a second interview (that she revealed was tomorrow morning - as a matter of fact).
