I was called for a phone interview on a Monday. The recruiter did not have her stuff together. Even though, I was trying to re-assure her that I was not impatient with her lack of professionalism (I did not say that outloud, instead I showed her grace and reassured her that she is fine), she literally could not even return niceties. The recruiter and her friend, who joined the call, were both very negative telling me about how awful the job was. Quite honestly, they were not interested in seeing if I would fit in to their world. They said I might get an answer by Friday or Monday. I received an email by Friday that said they disliked me, as much as I disliked the millennial brats that are now representing their company. Such a shame, We know a former Recruiter for Atlas Medstaff and this is not how the company used to be. Apparently this company also runs on nepotism since the others that have reviewed the interview process were friends of someone who already worked there.

It was a prescreen first on the phone. Then, an online interview via Zoom. There were 4 people on the call, including myself. It lasted under an hour and they asked basic interview questions around my experience. Then spent time sharing about the position and gave me a chance to ask questions.
