      Entrevista

The interviewer and people on the phone were all super friendly, which is nice, but also gave me a bad gut feeling. They do only hire for entry level positions and then expect you to work hard to move up the ladder, which is incredible for those who have a lot of self motivation and strive for more. However, something about the whole place is a little strange to me. 1) They're situated in a really bizarre office setting. The windows on the side of the building are boarded up and it looks like no one is there. Perhaps they are transitioning, but geeze. First impressions.... 2) If you check out their social media accounts, like Instagram, you might get the gist. It's really biased toward one office member, and it's all so fake. It projects this quasi-professional vibe. 3) I still have no idea what they do. Sales? Marketing? Management? You can't just throw words at people and expect them to believe you're some sort of great company shacked up on Union Rd in a boarded up building. 4) I've already completed university as well as established a career path. I thought this could be a nice change and step out of my comfort zone. But anyone who works at a reputable company wouldn't think twice about saying "no" to this one. It just feels really shady to anyone who has worked several jobs at stable businesses. 5) Everyone is really young and motivated which is awesome to see, but who runs the joint? Does anyone applying really know anything about this company? Origins other than that some dude named Jeff Walsh owns it? I really wish the best for them, but it feels like an important piece is missing. Other people have commented that the business feels gimmicky, or sketchy. I think they should really take that into consideration as they expand their business. I didn't get a call back, but it's okay and I don't mind, because there is a different position I preferred, so I am writing as someone super unbiased. I would consider post JUST sales, or JUST entry level if that is all you are going to hire for. Stop posting higher positions and then once people are in the room with you, telling them that it is only entry level sales. That's not fair and a waste of time for a lot of people. This place left a bad feeling even after a period of time, so much so that I felt compelled to write a review which I've never done before. Best of luck to everyone!

      Entrevista

Pretty straightforward. First I received a call from a nice girl who received my resume through Indeed. She was pretty excited and pleasant, clearly a morning person which i am not. But she asked me some basic questions about my background, work history, I remember we talked about Florida because I went to school there. It was snowing up here at the time. We set up a preliminary interview for the next day. The place was a little hard to find because its a small company above an All State office. Lobby was nice, they had ESPN on which was nice. Most places have news or financial news which I find pretty boring. The interview was about fifteen minutes. Talked about my sales background, why I wanted to do marketing, leadership skills and experiences, and my hobbies. We talked about football and the Bills making the playoffs. Afterwards he told me they'd be calling back
