I had received an email telling me about the the next step which was a conference call interview. What I didn't see, nor was I told over the phone initially, was that I needed to call into the interview. So 10 mins after the scheduled time I get a call saying I needed to call in. It was a conference call with 3 individuals. Kinda rough as all conference calls tend to have issues with talking over eachother and parts of the call cutting out.
