Received a call from the hiring manager. We scheduled a screening call so he gets to know me better. The hiring manager raves about my background and mentions that it's aligned with what he is looking for. Next round was the Profile Assessment test. After I completed the test, the hiring manager schedules a meeting where he bases his whole opinion of me on the test results and mocks me. I never hear back from him ever again even after he promised he would get back with a decision, despite all the follow ups.
