One of the poorest process I have ever had. A person reached me out on LinkedIn to check if I was interested in a position. After my answer, we had a fast chat on the phone to verify some of my information and an interview was scheduled with a recruiter from HR. Half an hour before the interview, a cancelation came in my inbox, without any notice. I had to send a message to the person asking if the interview was really cancelled or that was a mistake. Two days later she answered me saying she had had a schedule problem and the interview would be rescheduled. A week, later, I contacted HR again to check if there was another date for the interview and they never answered me back. Two months later, I received a general email saying I hadn't been approved in the recruitment process.
