Everyone has to go through written test followed by technical discussion, discussion with Manager, discussion with HR and discussion with Grand Manager or General Manager. Written test would be based on job requirement usually for 1~1.5 hrs. Sometimes all the rounds would be completed by you might not be selected, as the observations are considered later also.
