I went through a company called Nesco who received my Resume and I initially met with them for an "interview". I use quotes because I believe it was mostly to ensure I was real and mentally stable before sending me to the company. I then interviewed with my soon to be boss and it was a very friendly "get to know you" style interview. Not too many questions about my experience as they were aware this was an entry level position for me.
