I had a phone interview first, easily go through my study and intern experience, then one day on site interview with 4 managers from different departments. The last interview was with hiring manager, she seems like me very much, and get a offer very soon

The interview process consist of 3 rounds- HR, Hiring Manager, Panel of 3 different Managers from different team. As the firm is mid size, the SVP is also involved in the Interview process.

Round 1- General, Walk me through your resume.
Round 2- It was not an interview but more of a phone call from the hiring manager about the job and its expectations from a candidate information.
Round 3- It was terrible and there was no proper communication. 1st 2 managers were on time and asked generic question about sql, tableau, SAS, the SVP, asked so many question regarding the how will do perform this, that and many question which I could barely answer as the job description did don't mention even 30% of the expectation. It was a terrible and demotivating experience.
