Go in for one interview, have you describe yourself. Basic interview questions, strengths, weakness, etc. Say you'll hear from them if they decide to go forward with a 2nd interview. Get a call, 2nd interview. In this portion, they describe the job to you as vaguely as possible. Any questions are met with vague answers to avoid describing what the job really is (pyramid scheme, door to door). Then they say they'll call you in a few days to let you know their decision.
Spoiler alert, everyone gets the job. They lose nothing by hiring people, since you get paid only commission. They could have 100 people working if they wanted and only have to pay people when they make money.
It's a very dishonest process, feigning a real interview process. They plan on hiring anyone who applies. On your first day, they'll sit you down and have you sign your paperwork. Always sign up for the 100% commission, not base pay+25% commission. You don't get the base pay unless you make a minimum amount of sales, and at that point, the 100% commission is already more money.
Also, there's a drug test your first week on the job. Saw many fall victim to it.
