The interview process was pretty straightforward, just one interview with the director of continuous improvement. When I applied, the company was looking for somebody to fill in a vacant process engineering role at one of their plants.

The first stage of the interview was relatively structured and provided a clear format for assessing candidates. However, the second stage, which was conducted on-site, felt less organized. Many of the questions asked during this stage were repetitive or similar to those from the first round. Had to email HR many times to get a response.
