Phone interview, followed by on-site with recruiting manager, then 2nd on-site. Very basic questions about experience. The Second on-site interview completely turned me off from the company. The interviewer was late to the interview, admitted they hadn’t even looked looked at my resume and asked me what position I was interviewing for. Overall, this left a horrible impression of the company and team. The worst part was after a phone interview and 2 on-site interviews there was zero follow up! I sent a follow up message with no response. I can understand no response if you are just an applicant but after 3 interviews some sort of response is required. Between the lack of communication and the Interviewers not being engaged I would never pursue a position there in the future.
