Hiring process was quick, they were in a rush to hire. There was no phone interview just a one on one interview with the GM and CSM. They asked a few questions and explained the company and my task.
Kind of a basic Interview with common questions interviewers like to ask. It was very comfortable. Lasted maybe 45-ish minutes, my interviewer had the generic interview questions for an entry level CSR position.

Entrevista
I received a phone interview, followed by in person interview. Hiring was very nice manager. She made me feel very comfortable during the interview. She asked more question about my personality and a couple of question on work experience.
Simple interview style. One single interview with GM and CSM. Basic back and forth questioning on past experiences, hobbies and what I knew about the company. Everyone seemed very friendly.
