I applied online and got a "qualified" e-mail response within the week. Did not here anything back for months and assume I was not picked for an interview. About 4 months later I received an e-mail saying I was chosen to interview and to call a number to set up a time and slot. After the interview did not here anything for about another 3 months, which then I was offered a position and to come to orientation the following week.
