It's campus recruitment. we had an online test for shortlisted candidates followed by an interview. the interview was good. they were very polite. A friendly environment was created so as to avoid the nervous behaviour of the candidate.

Resume shortlist followed by online interview where they asked both Technical and HR questions .when it comes to technical they mainly focused on basic geometric design questions (ex SSD, transition curve, camber), Overtaking sight distance) and basic HR questions

I first handed in application online through their website including my CV and some specific questions.
I then had to pass an online situational judgement test.
My application was then sent in to review and i then went on to have a 1:1 interview at their office.
