The best thing about Atkins application is that it asks you to do the personality test before submitting the actual application (which normally takes a lot of time to fill in the details). This way if you fail the test, it means that you are not a good match to the company and you don't have to waste any more time.
I passed the test and submitted the application, then waited for months before I got an email invitation to an initial telephone interview. The round after that is a Virtual Business Interview which asks me to do a presenation of a business case relevant to the area you applied for.
Telephone Interview and then Microsoft teams interviews online. HR Telephone interview was good, then progressed to 'assessment centre' style formal interviews. Overall I found that the experience was pretty positive.

Did all the tests and questions, spent a lot of time on the application. Never heard back from them even to advise I didn’t make it through to the next stage.

How have you improved efficiency with your company
Interview process consisted of online tests, recorded interview and then an in person interview with 2 senior employees of Atkins. After this you move into an assessment centre where you are tested on your teamwork and then an individual case study that they give you one hour to do without any pre work.
