Very welcoming and honest. Met some project managers in a Career Fair, established some contacts, gave them a copy of my CV and a few weeks later was invited for an interview in one of their offices. Got interviewed by a two Senior Project Managers and introduced to the Head of the Department.

Entrevista
Applied via an agency, process took 2 weeks to setup an an interview with 2 senior staff via teams. Interview was around 2 hrs long, containing general questions, a few technical questions and behavioural questions. Received offer 2 weeks after.

Q: A time when you where corrected or had to concede an idea Q: A time when you had to deal with (potential) conflict on a project and how you managed it
Online interview about the background, previous projects, work experience, education. It went well however the company could not sponsor visas. I was told to officially apply for the job anyway. But in the end, I was not qualified.
