I was contacted by text and email for several rounds of interviews. Until the third interview I had very little idea of what I was going to be doing. If I had known what kind of job it was up front I could have saved us both so much time, since I am really not interested in a position yelling at grocery store customers to advertise service. I feel bad for the people who actually do this for a living. I'd rather be working in fast food, especially at $12 an hour. They promise half your pay can come from bonuses, but not even the veteran trainers are getting bonuses when it's slow, so I can't depend on bonuses for my base income. They also want you to do a ton of driving for company meetings and training, all unpaid. No reimbursement for time or miles, no pay for any time not spent in the store yelling at customers to buy their service, but they expect you to go to these random company meetings anyway. What a huge waste of time. I can't believe I took time off work to interview here.
